Team sports aren’t just for kids! Enjoy the camaraderie and competition of team sports with adult sports at Osage Prairie YMCA. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or just looking to try something new, adult sports are a great way to plug into the community, stay active, and have fun.
We offer a variety of sports throughout the year, including winter basketball, spring sand volleyball, and pickleball and racquetball throughout the year. Registration for adult sports is open to members and non-members alike.

Monthly Pickleball Clinic
Looking for a low-pressure environment where you can learn the game of pickleball? Join us on the second Friday of the month from 5-7 p.m. for our monthly pickleball clinic. Learn the game, meet some new people, and have a great time on a Friday evening.

Y Members: FREE
Non-Members: $10Â
Adult 4v4 Sand Volleyball
Start the summer off right with YMCA Adult 4v4 Sand Volleyball! This year, we’re excited to offer two 4v4 programs:
Power League (6-team cap): Round robin for 2weeks, followed by “top dog” matches for the remaining 6 weeks, ensuring consistently competitive matches.
Recreational League (6-team cap): Round-robin format where each team competes against all other teams in a rotating order, fostering a fun and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
Guidelines for Leagues:
- Teams can have a maximum of 2 males.
- Teams are welcome to have more than 4 players, but only 4 can be on the court simultaneously.
- Each team will play 2 matches per night, and each match will consist of 2 games to 21points.
