Group Exercise Classes Schedule

Members can enjoy unlimited group exercise classes at Osage Prairie YMCA! From yoga and water aerobics to Spin and BODYPUMP™, we offer something for everyone!

Pool & Community Swim Hours

Our heated indoor pool hosts water aerobics, lap swim, open swim and even community swim times! Check the schedule to learn more.

Gym Schedule

From open gym to pickleball to skate night – and so much more – our gym is a space that can be used by all ages for a variety of activities!

We’ll Watch the Kids While You Workout

We are proud to offer free childcare services for children ages 6 weeks old to 8 years old. This service is free to any child that is on an active membership with the YMCA and is located in the facility itself. If the child is not on an active membership but their guardian is, then the charge for using the child watch area is $3 per visit per child. There is a two-hour limit per day.

Mon-Sat mornings: 8:30am-10:30am

Mon-Thu afternoons: 4:30pm-7:00pm

Active Learning Every Morning

Now Included in Your Membership:
Morning Enrichment Program for Ages 3-5

While you take care of yourself with a morning workout, your little ones (ages 3-5) can enjoy enriching programs at the Y! With activities like Art, Swim Lessons, Creative Movement, Sports, and Reading/Music, your child will have a blast and develop new skills. The best part? It’s all included in your family membership!

Program Schedule:

  • Thursday: PE/Sports
  • Friday: Reading/Music
