From BODYPUMP™ to yoga, and from adult sports to one-on-one personal training, our diverse offerings cater to all fitness levels and interests.

Cardio & Strength Training Equipment

Our facilities are outfitted with state-of-the-art cardio equipment and strength training equipment to help you reach your fitness goals. Get access afterhours with our 24/7 Access Membership add-on!

Group Exercise Classes

Members can enjoy unlimited group exercise classes at Osage Prairie YMCA! From yoga and water aerobics to BODYPUMPâ„¢ and functional fitness, we offer something for everyone!

Aerobics Studio

To help you make the most of your workout, we have dedicated space for land-based group exercise classes!

Personal Training

Whatever your fitness goals, our trainers will work with you one-on-one and customize your workout to best suit your needs.

Adult Sports

Engage with the community and enjoy some healthy competition with our Adult Sports programs, including sand volleyball, basketball and cornhole!

Senior Programs

In addition to physical wellness offerings, we also offer catered luncheons, potlucks, and other opportunities for seniors to fellowship together.

Specialty Sports Courts & Walking Track

In addition to a gymnasium that functions as a basketball and volleyball court, we also have a walking track, a racquetball court, and an outdoor sand volleyball court!

Pool and Aquatics

Our heated indoor pool hosts water aerobics, lap swim, open swim and even community swim times! Check the schedule to learn more.
